Covid -19: we do not expect delays for your orders.However, it might take your mail service a little longer to deliver your order.
Track my order:
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as we ship your order. However, the tracking is not working for some of our custom products. If you have not received a tracking number with 7 working days after your order, contact us and we will be happy to help.
Return and exchange policy:
We have different policies or requirements for non-custom and custom products, please read below:
The ordered products can be returned within 30 days after delivery for a refund or replacement. Please ensure that your product is returned to us in its original packaging where possible. We cannot accept unwanted products after 30 days.
Once the item is received at our center, it takes two business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
For the custom-made products, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund because it has already been personalized based on your own request.
Damaged and resized items:
Items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
If a returned package does not arrive to us and you did not use a trackable method for your return, we will not be able to process your refund.
A missing item in my order:
When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. In some cases, the products will arrive separately as our products are made by various partners. You will receive a tracking number for each product. If you are still unsure about your orders, contact us for help.
