We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must send us full-price item(s) within 30 days of purchase.
Return procedure
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

The best way to exchange your item is to return it first, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
