Delivery policy

In order to provide you with quality items within very short delivery times, our products are sourced from our local stock (USA) or from our US partners who share the same shipping policy.

Shipping basics

Most purchased items are shipped by US mail services to arrive in your home within 3-9 business days of placing your order. The shipping period might also vary according to the volume of our activity. We are committed to tracking every order and keeping you informed of any delays.

Some shipments may take longer (due to out-of-stock).

Personalized/Engraved items

As personalized items are hand-engraved, therefore you should expect the delivery period to be longer (usually 10 to 15 working days).

Return & reimbursement policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must send us full-price item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

Return procedure

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, like custom products, such as special orders and personalized items.

Return of customized/engraved items

Personalized items through our engraved process are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International returns

We do not accept returns for items shipped outside of both United States and Canada.

Exchanges

The best way to exchange your item is to return it first, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember this can take some time for your bank/credit card company to process the refund.
